Rev. Troy Neujahr
Pastor Troy is a second-career pastor, having worked in the secular workforce for a number of years before entering the ministry. He graduated with honors from Grace University in Omaha, NE, with a dual major in Management/Organizational Leadership and Biblical Studies, and a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, where his focus was Missiology.His chief desire in ministry is expressed in a verse spoken over him at his ordination: Ephesians 3:8-10 8 To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9 and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in1 God who created all things, 10 so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.
Pastor Troy has been married to Stephanie, the “wife of his youth,” for nearly 30 years. Together they have eleven children that bring them no end of joy.

Kantor
Davis Badaszewski
Davis C. Badaszewski serves as the Kantor at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Shaker Heights, OH. He is a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians, and the American Guild of Organists. His past degrees include a Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from Mercer University, as well as a Certificate in Injury Preventive Keyboard Technique from Salem College. At Mercer, he received the award for General Excellence in Music. He has studied organ with Dr. Jack Mitchener, Dr. John Cummins, and Mr. William K. Trafka. Beyond his primary lessons in organ, he has studied choral conducting with Dr. William Weinert, as well as piano with Miss Kelsey Berg, and Dr. Barbara Lister-Sink. Currently, he is a Master of Music student in Organ Performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music, studying organ with Professor Todd Wilson, and piano with Professor Derek Nishimura. Beyond his studies in Music, he is an avid student of history, with a passion particularly for early 20th-century naval history, and the history of Western Christianity during the Middle Ages.
